 The use of the swimming pool

The swimming pool is available from June till September and is exclusively reserved and restricted to our guests. We take care of maintenance and cleaning.

   

 What about arrival and departure times?

The holiday houses are available from 15pm. Please give us a call at   0033/(0)562.66.95.24 or 0032/475.72.69.10 to let us know you've arrived. We'll be there in a minute to show you around and give you the keys.

At the day of departure the holiday houses have to be available from 10 am.

   

 Are pets allowed?

Sorry, no pets allowed.

   

 Is it possible to ask for a crib?

You can ask us to provide you a crib at no charges. See the reservation form.

   

 Is linen available?

The bedrooms provide pillows and quilts. You'll have to provide yourself with pillowcases and quilt covers.

   

 Are there any visitors allowed?

Please inform us  when you expect some visitors. 

As long as the number of people (yourself and the visitors) don't exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, we don't have any problem of people staying overnight or using the swimming pool. In the other case we'll politely ask to search for an alternative for your guests.  When there are too many visitors, we have  the right to refuse them, to ensure the rest of our other guests.

   

 Is it possible to install other facilities?

It's prohibited, unless we agree, to install tents, caravans, Mobilhomes, ... on the premises.

   

 Cleaning and maintenance

Every Saturday between 10 and 15 pm the houses will be cleaned. Although we carefully select our maintenance staff, we advise you to look after valuable things, to exclude any misunderstandig.

 

We would like to ask you to leave the holiday resort in a neat way: to do the dishes, get rid of garbage and leave the sanitary facilities is a neat way. 

The costs that arise for the extra cleaning will be paid off at departure.

 Heating expenses

Heating expenses are not included in the rent.

   

 Responsibility

The stay and use of commodities is at own risk. The owner/landlord can not be held responsible for accidents, vandalism, theft, ...

   

 Can the owner/landlord allow himself to access the accommodations?

The owner/landlord has access to all accommodations for maintenance purposes, reparations,... We'll do this as discrete as possible for you to enjoy your holiday.

   

 When is a reservation booked?

Your reservation is booked when we've received the advance.

   

 What's the amount of advance asked for?

The advance is 30% of the total rent price and has to be transfered to : 220-0453984-60.  When we've received the advance the reservation is booked. The total balance has to be available at least 6 weeks before arrival.

   

 The bail

The bail is 300 € per unit, to be transfered 2 weeks in advance on account : 220-0453984-60.  Please bring your receipt with you at arrival.

The bail has to be paid before entering the holiday resort!

 

After departure we verify that everything has been left in a proper way and refund the bail at your account.

When you want to change a reservation please contact us. We'll investigate the possibility's.

   

 Annulation of a reservation

We can only refund the advance/rent on condition we have an other candidate for the period you booked.
