At first, please contact us to check if the holiday cottage is still available (+32 (0)3/383.11.57). If so, you can print out the completed reservation form and sent it to: fam. Basstanie, Eikenlaan 11, 2980 Zoersel (Belgium). The advance is 30 % of the total rent amount and has to be deposited on account 220-0453984-60. As soon as we received your advance, the reservation is complete.
The total rent must be available on 220-0453984-60 at the latest 6 weeks before arrival

| The bail is 300 € per unit. We would like you to pay the bail on 220-0453984-60 at least 2 weeks before arrival. The receipt has to be shown on arrival. | |

| After the inspection at your departure, the bail is send back on your bankaccount, after compensation of the damage, if any. | |
